Hobbies and Interests: Chess Marching Band and Concert Band Board Gaming Reading Backpacking I've been a member of the Notre Dame Marching Band for 3 years and a leader in the band for one. I have played the french horn for 11 years and dabble in guitar, piano, tin whistle, ukulele, and trombone. I'm an avid Science Fiction and Fantasy reader, the Lord of the Rings being my favourite series of books. I enjoy playing board games with my friends regularly, particularly chess which I have devoted a fair amount of time to studying. During summers I go backpacking with my father to places such as the Grand Canyon, lake Tahoe, and Scotland.
