I graduated with a Master of Arts (MA) in TESOL, with distinction from the University of Leicester (United Kingdom). I am in the process of publishing my dissertation. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) magna cum laude in English Language and Literature from the University of South Carolina.
Experience
I teach English as a New Language and TASC preparation for South Bend Community Schools and the University of Notre Dame. I have tutored in English, French, and Writing for several years, both at the high school and university levels. I have taken and scored well on both the SAT and GRE examinations. I love seeing students succeed in their education and encouraging them throughout the learning process, not simply teaching them to produce an end product.
